“So I went here years ago and moved away.... they did alright and I wasn't ever really unhappy... then I moved up north and went back as a walk in when I was in the area and the woman that did my nails did so horrible I never went back... fast forward probably 8 years..i now live 2 hours away with no nail salon close...I gave them a try again when i came to see family... they killed it!! I've never had better shape nails ever! I regret my color choice lol but both my daughters stiletto shaped nails and my ballerina shaped nails were perfectly shaped!! I will say that was the most I ever paid for 2 refills but I will be back for sure.”

“Zen was great as far as having a conversation with me while getting my nails done. I was able to get in right away without and appointment which is why I gave this place 3 stars. However, I’m very disappointed with my gel manicure. went there a little over a week ago and my nails are chipping. I have had my nails done elsewhere for many years but decided to check this place out since my nail person was no longer at my previous location. I have been to this place a few times in the past and I’ve never had a good experience. From my nails breaking completely, to the acrylic cracking to this time. I have never had a gel manicure chip like this ever. I will not be going back.”

“So the pictures you see below are $120 fill on my lashes and a pedicure that is post three days of service! Do not go here! The owner who I’ve worked with in the past I decided to take a break from went back, and now I see why I left! The owner will insist upon taking your money, but not provide you with adequate service. His excuses is I did my best! Well, your best is definitely not good enough in this case! I brushed my lashes, and they all fell out on my keyboard, it’s OK though as simple dispute and a demand letter will take care of this you’ve taken hundreds of dollars for me and you’ve never ever come through and did anything properly for me?
